Would Back in Action have been a better film as Spy Jam with Jackie Chan as the main character alongside Bugs?

It was originally planned to have been released with a villain named Berserk-O.
However, because Michael Jordan didn't plan on returning for the sequel, it ended up being scrapped.
Warner Bros. then planned on doing a sequel with Jackie Chan as the main character alongside Bugs. There was even a video posted for it on YouTube by mightymegascott9. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Eg5oWotvro
Also at the time, Jackie Chan had his own animated cartoon series centered around him which was aired on The WB as part of its Saturday morning block Kids WB.
But for some strange, peculiar, unknown reasons, plans on releasing THAT sequel fell through as well.

Now, don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that Back in Action was a terrible film as I'm a huge fan of Looney Tunes. I admire Brendan Fraser for his stellar performance in the Mummy films and I adore Jenna Elfman for her hilarious one-liners on the sitcom Dharma & Greg. I'm just wondering if whether or not the film would've fared better in the box office under its former title with Jackie Chan as the main character alongside Bugs himself.
