This is not fan content i saw this character from an old ad my dad was playing, And there is zero images of this character i could find so this is a very rare character, so im curtain this guy appeared only in one special because this guy has no documentation i could find. the closest i could get is this:

Recently, The Extras TV channel uploaded a video with an interview with George Feltenstein, in which he officially announced that volume two of the Collectors Vault series is in development and is expected to be released in early 2026. It will again be a Blu-ray with two discs containing 26 and 25 cartoons respectively (an additional short was added to the first disc due to the duplication of Double or Mutton in the first volume), giving us a total of 51 different cartoons, and it was also confirmed that shorts that have been heavily requested by fans will be included.

When people made up Bugs Bunny’s Birthday, why do they always start off with the short “A Wild Hare”, so that it makes 84 years, instead of starting off with “Porky’s Hare Hunt”, which is Bugs Bunny’s Happy Rabbit era, making 86 years? It’s just like making up Mickey Mouse’s 90th Birthday and starting off with Steamboat Willie rather than Plane Crazy being produced way before that.

When Bugs was called “Happy Rabbit”, the first instance of using “Bugs Bunny” was in Hare-um Scare-um, which Bugs was named after Ben Hardaway. He wore yellow gloves, which came to be white gloves for “Tex’s Rabbit”, Bugs drawn by Tex Avery.

Is there any reason why they can’t start off with Bugs’s prototypes, as of 1938, and believe the real Bugs Bunny appeared in A Wild Hare?
