There may reason of why this shorts werent included:

1. Hare Trigger: probably because of the scene of bugs making think sam that he has been shot by throwing red ink on his head, which can make reference to blood.

2. Porky in Wackyland: the al jolson duck saying mammy (that also explains why dough for the do-do wasnt included)

3. What's Up Doc ?: dont know really why, probably of the scene when bugs sings whats up doc and he puts a carrot on elmers shotgun, make him shotting himself (yeah really idiotic)

4. Bully for Bugs: the whole plot of the short (yeah, hbo banned the cartoons with a bullfight plot in them)

5. Porky The Wrestler: dont know why it wasnt included. probably it wasnt included with the other bw porky shorts restored for max

6. Picador Porky: same reason as for bully for bugs.

7. Porky's Romance: probably because of the scene in which porky commites suicide after begin reject by petunia

8. Porky's Picnic: probably because of the final scene in which petunia kisses porkys muddy face, making her look as a black person.

9. Rabbit Punch: dont know why it wasnt included

10. Frigid hare: the probably Eskimo antagonist

11. 8 Ball Bunny: probably the scene in which bugs and the penguin are trapped with african cannibals.

12. War and Pieces: probably the final scene in which the coyote meets the chinese version of the roadrunner

13. I Love To Singa: probably because of the whole thing begin a parody to the jazz singer (idk)

15. The Dover Boys: dont know why the reason, probably because of the stage on which dan backslide is presented.

16. Daffy Duck and Egg Head: probably of the scene in which egg heads shoots an member of the audience.

17. Hillbilly Bunny: dont know really why, probably because of the depictions of country people. both this and bully for bugs streamed on hbo max Latam

18. Show Biz Bugs: probably because the ending gag in which daffy makes the dissapering trick.
