Notes
- Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd debut in 1940. Elmer in Elmer's Candid Camera and Bugs in A Wild Hare. Elmer's Candid Camera was also the last prototype Happy Rabbit appeared in.
- The finalized "That's all Folks!" writing debuts starting with Confederate Honey and is still used today. Confederate Honey is also the start of the second half of the 1939-40 season where the sky background changes to a black background.
- Ben Hardaway and Cal Dalton were demoted because Friz Freleng returned. As a result, Hardaway left the studio.

- The finalized version of the writing debuts in Confederate Honey and would be used for every short from now on and is still used today on movies.
