1969 marks the final year of Warner Bros. cartoon output, as the studio would close for the final time by the end of the year.

History[]

  • Warner Bros. closes their cartoon studio, ending the Golden Age of Looney Tunes.
  • The Blue Ribbon program ends.[1] However, the shorts re-released between 1964 and 1969 had no alterations of any kind, hence those shorts exist with both their original titles and credits.
