A Midsummer Night's Scream is an episode of Taz-Mania directed by Douglas McCarthy. It first aired 26 Sep 1992.

The title is a play on Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream.

Bushwacker Bob and Taz are driving to the Hobart International Pith Helmet Convention and Dinner Dance. After getting lost and missing their destination, they check in to the haunted Motel?, where the staff plan to eat their guests. Taz sees all the monsters and spooky happenings while Bob remains oblivious. Taz tries to warn Bob, but he doesn't believe him. Eventually, the monsters capture Taz, and Bob sees that Taz had been right all along, but rather than save him, Bob rushes out of the motel. While driving away, his consciences (several small Bob's) bother him into going back to rescue Taz.

This episode is a parody of the Porky Pig and Sylvester cartoons "Scaredy Cat" and "Claws for Alarm".
