The title is a pun on the phrase "all bets are off."
Plot[]
Yosemite Sam knocks Bugs Bunny to the ground on his way in to rob a men's tailor shop. After tying up the employees and asking for money, his pants fall down, so he demands a belt too. Bugs enters and plays salesman to help find him one. Eventually, he leads Sam downstairs and into a fight club ring. He is repeatedly pummeled by the champion, until his pants fall down again. Yosemite bends down to pull them up, just as the champ is rushing at him. The champ flies over Sam and knocks himself out on the turnbuckle. Sam thinks his worries are over until Bugs shows the long line of contenders ready to fight the new champion.
