She is Tweety's friend and traveling companion. He saves her from a cult of cats intent on sacrificing her. When she first speaks soon after she and Tweety meet, she talks with a British accent.
Tweety continues his adventure while meeting some of his friends along the way and making a new one known as Aoogah for her ability to loudly imitate an old-fashioned car horn. When their adventure is almost completed, Sylvester has a chance to frame Tweety for the theft of a royal passport by passing his license to fly for a poorly made-up version of the stolen passport, scrawled in Sylvester's writing. He almost succeeds in fooling the authorities into arresting Tweety, but the real passport is found in his hand, thus getting himself arrested. With his helping hand, Tweety and Aoogah are able to complete their mission and save the park, while Sylvester heads off for prison.
Aoogah reappears in King Tweety in where she is the missing queen of Canary Islands. She has an American accent in King Tweety rather than a British accent. Tweety and Aoogah's relationship in the film is more platonic as Tweety refers to Aoogah as his "cousin". She also lacks the ability to imitate a car horn.
