Arthur Quirk Bryan (8 May 1899 – 18 November 1959) was an American radio personality and voice actor, best known for voicing Elmer Fudd. He also played the recurring role of Dr. Gamble on the radio show Fibber McGee & Molly.

Arthur died of a heart attack on 18 November 1959 in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 60. He was laid to rest in Valhalla Memorial Cemetery. Following his death, Elmer was played by Hal Smith, Dave Barry, and Mel Blanc.
