William "Bill" Kopp (born 1962) is an American actor, director, writer, animator, storyboard artist, voice-over artist, and comedian.
Biography[]
Kopp attended the California Institute of the Arts. He animated the Whammy in Press Your Luck. Kopp was also an animator of The Simpsons shorts in The Tracy Ullman Show.
