Billy Mitchell

Frank Melvin "Billy" Mitchell (28 July 1889 - 9 July 1952) was an American actor. Mitchell had appeared in films where he played bit parts. One film that he starred in, The Bank Dick (1940), co-starred W. C. Fields. He had provided the voices of the Big Size and Middle Size Bears in "Goldilocks and the Jivin' Bears".
