Bugs Bunny/Looney Tunes 50th Anniversary Special is a 1986 special that aired on CBS.
Plot[]
- It consists of cartoons as reused footage, such as "Gorilla My Dreams" and "Rabbit Hood".
Notes[]
- Like most CBS specials of the era, this special ends with a "Read More About It" segment, which talks about books recommended by the Library of Congress. In this case, Mel Blanc recommends two such books, both on animated films: The American Animated Cartoon, edited by Danny Peary and Gerald Peary, and Of Mice and Magic: A History of American Animated Cartoons by Leonard Maltin.
