Bugs Bunny in Crazy Castle 4 is an action puzzle game made by Kemco for the Game Boy Color in 2000.
Plot[]
Bugs Bunny finds a mysterious map which shows a castle. It says "C Castle." The map is so old and worn out that Bugs can't make out the name. So he thinks that C stands for carrot and is called "Carrot Castle." He thinks the castle is full of carrots, so because he loves carrots, he rushes over there. Poor Bugs doesn't know that C really stands for Crazy, not carrot.
Gameplay[]
The player controls Bugs in a 2D platformer where he navigates to find 8 keys to unlock the exit to the next level of a World; There are a total of 13 worlds with up to 4 levels to complete.
Each level comprises of various features such as doors, stairs, ropes and various blocks that can be scaled or destroyed with two available tools.
Classic Loony Tunes Characters act as the enemies in the game. Some wander back and forth across platforms and perform various abilities (Elmer Fudd and Yosemite Sam Shoot projectiles) while others roam freely and chase down the player; Taz however, being a boss, can actively chase down the player, stay on screen at all times and throw projectiles. Bugs can collect weapons, carrots and power ups to help him defeat them while searching for the keys. Though Bugs will lose a life if he is hit 3 times.
As the game lacks a save function, the world intermission screen shows a password for the player to record and enter when in the main menu.
