By Word of Mouse is a 1954 Looney Tunes cartoon directed by Friz Freleng, and starring Sylvester.

Plot

Hans, a mouse from Germany, arrives in America to visit his cousin, Willie. Hans wants to know everything is there to know about the free market capitalist system. Willie takes Hans to see a mouse lecturer from a university, who talks to Hans about the capitalist system. All the while the three mice are chased by Sylvester the Cat.
