CEL Home Video (Communications and Entertainment Limited) was an Australian home video label founded in 1980.

A number of pre-1948 Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies shorts were released on VHS and Betamax under this label by MGM/UA Home Video, as they were owned by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer at the time.[1]
