Sylvester is suing the bird for pain and destruction to his place of residence. He tells Judge Granny that he was only trying to be kind to Tweety, but his good deeds were met with vicious acts. Tweety tells the Judge that Sylvester is trying to eat him up, and Granny decides to come back in a minute with her decision. After the decision is made, both are found guilty. Sylvester is shocked, literally.
- A scene not shown on DVD is where Sylvester is in the chair still centered in color rings and says "Sufferin' succotash!"
- The ending of Tweety being caged and Sylvester getting the chair were originally two different endings from which the viewer could choose.
