Candice Anne Rose "Candi" Rose (born 9 January 1961) is an American voice actress and singer. She is best known for voicing Sweetie Bird in Tiny Toon Adventures, Coco and Madame Foster in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, and Ophelia Ramírez in The Life and Times of Juniper Lee. Candi Milo voiced Granny in New Looney Tunes and Looney Tunes Cartoons.
