Carlos Jaime Alazraqui (born July 20, 1962) is an American voice artist, actor, singer, comedian, and impressionist. He is best known for voicing Rocko in Rocko's Modern Life and Mr. Crocker in The Fairly OddParents.

He also voiced Monroe in The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, Lazlo in Camp Lazlo and El Chupacabra in Planes.

He voiced a backup singer in the "Casa De Calma" episode of The Looney Tunes Show and Elliot Sampson, Shameless O'Scanty, and Leslie P. Lilylegs in New Looney Tunes.
