Chuck ("Charlie" "Charles") Downs (22 March 1927 - 21 July 2008) was an animator, producer, and director. He was a producer on G.J. Joe and directed episodes of InHumanoids and Muppet Babies. He also animated for a few DePatie-Freleng Enterprises cartoons, Garfield in the Rough and The Black Cauldron.
