Clarence John Brown III (born 5 January 1959) is an American actor and voice actor. His notable credits include Byron Hadley in The Shawshank Redemption, the Kurgan in Highlander, Mr. Krabs in SpongeBob SquarePants, Lex Luthor in Superman: The Animated Series, Pei Mei in Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomness, Red Hulk in Hulk and the Agents of Smash, Dark Dragon in American Dragon: Jake Long, and Dr. Neo Cortex and Uka Uka in the Crash Bandicoot franchise.
