Cree Summer Francks (born 7 July 1969) is an American-Canadian voice actress and singer. She is best known for voicing Elmyra Duff in Tiny Toon Adventures and its 2023 revival and Susie Carmichael in Rugrats. She also voiced Cleo and Mrs. Diller in Clifford the Big Red Dog, Lizzle in The Land Before Time: Invasion of the Tinysauruses, Bunny Star in The Patrick Star Show, and Kida in Atlantis: The Lost Empire.
