Daisy Lou is a character in Looney Tunes. Daisy Lou was Bugs Bunny's first love interest, debuting before Lula Belle, Honey Bunny and Lola Bunny.

- Daisy Lou resembles her successor Lola Bunny from Space Jam (since many fans rather compare her for an original variant). Daisy has the same slim body, blue eyes and also her own backbone when she stood up to Casbah.
- Prototypes for Lola were named after Daisy.
- Daisy Lou is the third grey female rabbit to be a love interest for Bugs Bunny. The first was Mrs. Bugs Bunny in "Hold the Lion, Please" and the island rabbit in "Bugs Bunny Nips the Nips".
