Franklin Wendell "Frank" Welker (born 12 March 1946) is an American actor and voice artist. He is best known for voicing Fred Jones and Scooby-Doo in the popular Scooby-Doo franchise. He has done many vocal effects for animals and monsters in both live-action and animated works.
