General Hogspital is the seventh episode of Tiny Toons Looniversity.
Plot[]
While Buster, Hamton, and Plucky hang out, Hamton demonstrates the gag he is working on and impresses Buster. The three of them receive letters; Plucky receives a magazine that shows a shoe style he was amazed by, and Hamton gets excited as he receives a letter from a medical school. Buster gets sad, as it means Hamton will leave Acme Loo and comes to Babs and Sweetie's room to talk to them. He realizes that medical schools in ACME do not exist. Buster searches Wile E. Coyote for an explanation and learns that toons do not need medical attention due to their looney DNA. After Hamton leaves, Plucky plans on renting Hamton's bed so he can afford to buy his shoes. Later, Buster appears depressed and writes a letter to Hamton before being interrupted by Plucky, who welcomes a boar that ends up bothering both Buster and him. In medical school, Hamton tries to act as seriously as possible. At the ACME science school, Wile E. develops a potion that makes one lose their looney DNA. At Fudd Hall, Plucky struggles to keep things in order with his roommates, and Buster decides to search for Hamton. Again at the medical school, Hamton learns that his job is to treat toons rather than cure them.
Buster pretends to be injured to ask Granny for advice, who does not believe he is hurt but still consolates him. As suggested by the other students, Hamton searches for Witch Hazel, who tells him the cure for toon ailments: laughter. After chasing Road Runner, Wile E. accidentally drops the potion inside a water tower and contaminates the water main, which causes Babs and the other toons to need medical attention. After finding Hamton, Buster explains the situation and convinces him to return to Acme Loo. Meanwhile, Plucky finally gets enough money to buy his shoes. Back at Acme Loo, Hamton makes the potion and uses it on Babs, which initially does not work. When Plucky appears with his new shoes, the other students laugh at him, which causes them to go back to normal. After that, Hamton decides to stay at Acme Loo. Later, in the newly founded medical center, Witch Hazel teaches about the "funny bone".

- The opening scene in where Buster, Hamton and Plucky are talking, has Plucky's beak phasing through Hamton's ear and the background.
