Grey DeLisle-Griffin (born Erin Grey Van Oosbree, 24 August 1973) is an American voice actress, comedian, and singer-songwriter, best known for voicing Daphne Blake in the Scooby-Doo franchise and Emily Elizabeth Howard, Mrs. Howard, and Miss Carrington in Clifford the Big Red Dog. Other roles include Vicky in The Fairly OddParents, Kitty Katswell in T.U.F.F. Puppy, Mandy in The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, and Berry in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.
