Horace the Horse is a minor recurring character from New Looney Tunes whom often serves many jobs, appearing mainly as a side character in several shorts. Always with a "dude bro" cadence to his voice.
Background
His creation started with the episode "Office Rocker", which had two Horse security guards voiced by Jeff Bennett, their roles were very small, and yet later on in the episode "Airpork Security" they were brought back, in a way, as now they were combined into one character, a goofy member of airport security who gave Bugs a painful body search.
He's usually a jack of all trades, playing many different roles depending on what the short needs, sometimes a helper, sometimes a threat, but most often a bystander, one thing that always stays the same however is his over bearing nature and stupidity.
