Voice archive was taken from Mel Blanc's recordings in Capital Records, specifically that of the song I Tawt I Taw a Puddy Tat, since Mel died in 1989.
This short was released with Happy Feet Two.
The production code for the short is 345193.
The Tweety and Sylvester scene from the Road Runner cartoon "Flash in the Pain" (2014) re-uses the same background setup as this cartoon.
This was the final Looney Tunes theatrical cartoon to feature the voice of June Foray as Granny before her death on 2017.
