The title is a pun on the Vanilla Ice song "Ice Ice Baby."
Plot
On the first day of summer, Bugs Bunny prepares for a swim. However, a magical snowdeer, The Winter Stag, arrives and freezes the lake and the surrounding countryside. After a couple failed attempts to thwart him, Bugs decides to join him. He puts up so many Xmas decorations, it overwhelms the Stag so he relents and lets the Sun finally bring summer.
