James Jonah "Jim" Cummings (born 3 November 1952) is an American voice actor. He is best known as the current voice of Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, and Peg-Leg Pete for Disney. He also voiced Bonkers D. Bobcat, Darkwing Duck, Negaduck, Dr. Robotnik, Lidong, Kaa, Ed, Don Karnage, Colonel Hathi, Fat Cat, Steele in other media. Jim Cummings also provide the voice of the Tasmanian Devil since Taz-Mania and reprised him in later Looney Tunes projects.
