Kari Wahlgren (born 13 July 1977) is an American voice actress. Her notable credits include Haruhara Haruko in the English dub of FLCL; Jessica in Rick and Morty; Suzy in Phineas & Ferb; Chloe in the 10th season of The Fairly Oddparents; Charmcaster in the classic Ben 10 continuity; Dorothy Gale and Queen Ozma in Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz; Cherie Mouse, Fifi, Rita, Sabrina, Greta, Miss Betty Sue, Edna, Emily and Bernice in The Tom and Jerry Show (2014); Emma Frost in Wolverine and the X-Men; Tigress in Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness; and Saber in Fate.
