Kari Wahlgren (born 13 July 1977) is an American voice actress. Her notable credits include Jessica in Rick and Morty, Suzy in Phineas and Ferb, Chloe in the 10th season of The Fairly Oddparents, Charmcaster in the classic Ben 10 continuity, Dorothy Gale and Queen Ozma in Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz, Cherie Mouse, Fifi, Rita, Sabrina, Greta, Miss Betty Sue, Edna, Emily and Bernice in The Tom and Jerry Show (2014), Emma Frost in Wolverine and the X-Men, Tigress in Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness, and Saber from Fate.
