Kath Soucie is an American voice actress and former stage and screen actress. She is best known for voicing Phil and Lil in Rugrats, Jetta Handover in Clifford the Big Red Dog, Ray Ray in The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, Fifi La Fume and Li’l Sneezer in Tiny Toon Adventures, Dexter’s Mom and Agent Honeydew in Dexter’s Laboratory and the Dial M for Monkey segments, and Nibbles/Tuffy in The Tom and Jerry Show (2014 TV series).
She voiced Lola Bunny from Space Jam to the present. She also voiced Claudette Dupri and Sniffles in New Looney Tunes.
