Looney Tunes: Assorted Nuts (Memorable Supporting Players and Cult Classics From the Looney Tunes Vault) is one of six compilations in the first wave of LaserDiscs released in the Authentic and Original Looney Tunes Cartoons series in 1993.
Description[]
Dreamers, schemers and scene stealers in 16 nutty gems!
Every studio had them - a team of character actors who complemented the stars and occasionally wangled a juicy part in which they walked away with the spotlight. This collection of 16 unedited rip-roaring rarities showcases some favorite Looney Tunes characters whose names may drift from memory but whose pixilated performances never will. Sample these funny filberts:
The Three Bears (the ultimate dysfunctional family) create a domestic destruction derby in A Bear for Punishment and Bear Feat. Marc Anthony, the ferocious bulldog with the soft center, struggles to protect an adorable kitten in Feed the Kitty and Feline Frame-up. Also on hand are veteran cheese-chasers Hubie and Bertie (Mouse Wreckers), working stiffs Ralph Wolf and Sam Sheepdog (A Sheep in the Deep), addle-brained Pete Puma (Rabbit's Kin), kid daydreamer Ralph Phillips (From A to Z-Z-Z-Z) and a bullying flim-flam fido in the hilarious Chow Hound. Beware of this assortment of nuts. Once you start watching, you won't be able to stop!
