Magazine ad for Looney Tunes The Collector's Edition
Looney Tunes The Collector's Edition is a fifteen-volume collectors' series of Looney Tunes videos first released in November 1999 by Warner Home Video. These videos were sent through the mail by Columbia House each month. The videos are listed in the order they were shipped when someone subscribed.
Since Turner was bought by Time Warner in 1996, all three packages of cartoons are in this set, enabling this VHS collection to offer a wider range of cartoons shorts, ranging from Warner Bros. Cartoons' heyday years to the modern revival years. The program was ended in October 2001.
Unlike previous Looney Tunes home video releases, except the LaserDisc releases, the black & white cartoons are presented in their said original presentation.

- "A-Lad-In His Lamp" (Volume 4)
- "Bosko's Dizzy Date" (Volume 6)

- "Fastest with the Mostest" (Volume 14)
- "Zoom at the Top" (Volume 15)
- "Tweet and Sour" (Volume 15)
- "Woolen Under Where" (Volume 15)
- In addition, while twelve shorts on these VHS tapes are available on DVD and Blu-ray, they have not yet been released in restored form:
- "Tree Cornered Tweety" (on Volume 3) was released in restored form on the I Love Tweety: Volume 2 DVD set in Japan; a restored version has not yet been released in the United States. The short was released in unrestored form on the Stars of Space Jam DVD in the U.S.
- "Mouse Mazurka" and "How Do I Know It's Sunday" (both on Volume 5) were released as unrestored extras on Looney Tunes Mouse Chronicles: The Chuck Jones Collection and Looney Tunes Golden Collection: Volume 6 respectively.
- "I Gopher You" (Volume 6) was released as an unrestored extra on the DVD version of the film His Majesty O'Keefe.
- "Holiday Highlights" (Volume 8) was released unrestored on the Bugs Bunny's Cupid Capers DVD, and a restored version was released as an extra on the Blu-ray release of the 1941 film Mr. and Mrs. Smith. This restored version has not yet been made available on an official Looney Tunes DVD or Blu-ray release.
- "The Crackpot Quail" (Volume 8) was released restored and uncut - with its original "raspberry" soundtrack (whereas the VHS used the "whistle" soundtrack) - as an extra on the Tex Avery Screwball Classics: Volume 3 DVD and Blu-ray set. It has not yet been made available on an official Looney Tunes DVD or Blu-ray release.
- "Bosko and Bruno" (Volume 10) was released as an unrestored extra Blu-ray version of the film The Beast of the City.
- "The Blow Out" (Volume 10), "Porky & Daffy", "Plane Dippy", "Porky's Bear Facts", "Naughty Neighbors", "Porky's Prize Pony" and "Porky's Cafe" (all on Volume 12) were released on the Porky Pig 101 DVD box-set. While they were remastered from 35mm vault prints, they were not restored from the original camera negatives, and the latter three contain the wrong intro music.
