Looney Tunes Spotlight Collection: Volume 5 is a two-disc Looney Tunes compilation serving as a smaller, family-friendly alternative to Looney Tunes Golden Collection: Volume 5, in the tradition of the previous Spotlight Collections. Like its bigger counterpart, it was released 30 October 2007.

No special features from the Golden Collection are carried over to this release. Instead, Disc 2 features a new feature satirizing fairy tales.

• Despite Foghorn Leghorn, Michigan J. Frog, Marc Anthony, Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner prominently appearing on the DVD box art, no cartoons featuring these aforementioned characters are included on this DVD set.
• This volume marks:
  • The first volume in the Spotlight Collection series to have its second disc include content from disc 2 of the Golden Collection equivalent, as opposed to disc 4.
  • The first Spotlight Collection volume to have one disc of cartoons coming from two or more discs of the Golden Collection equivalent. In this case, "A Tale of Two Kitties" and "Porky's Pooch" come from disc 3, replacing "A Gander at Mother Goose" and "Señorella and the Glass Huarache" due to racially offensive content.
