This is an official project page of Looney Tunes Wiki. This means that these are guidelines of our wiki rules and policies, which must be followed. Failure to follow these rules can result in blocks from editing this wiki and its affiliates.
This is a list of things that need to be done on the wiki. If you want to help out, please feel free to do so.
To-Do List
When finished, let an Acme Head or Wizard know so they can remove the bullet from the list.
- Update title cards to HD quality, per updated image standards, and include HD images of credit sequences. Use Max, Boomerang streaming service, or digital marketplaces such as iTunes Video to more easily find the shorts in HD. The criteria for replacing title cards is:
- The title card must be of a restored version.
- Must be at 1480x1080 resolution if no black borders on original print, otherwise must be larger than 1200x900 resolution after borders are cropped.
- Be in PNG format.
- Preferably not a DVD print upscaled unless no better version is available, particularly of shorts rarely aired or streamed due to politically incorrect content.
- No watermarks.
- Delete all unused files earlier than 2019 as well as all videos of non-public domain shorts and all deleted videos.
- Remove all low-quality images of title cards in galleries, alongside duplicates of the title card on the infobox in galleries, per a passed noticeboard proposal. In other words, keep only restored images whenever possible.
- Add reliable citations/sources to articles lacking them. Check Category:Pages needing citations.
- The main part of the Years Category project is over, but the work doesn't stop there! Help us add other media to their respective years! (Not sure where you can find other media? Try Category:Tiny Toon Adventures episodes or Category:Pinky and the Brain Episodes)
- Are you an expert on Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, The Sylvester & Tweety Mysteries, Pinky, Elmyra & The Brain, Baby Looney Tunes, Duck Dodgers, Loonatics Unleashed, New Looney Tunes or Looney Tunes Cartoons? Help us out with their episode pages! Follow the manual of style and article layouts, and be sure to add citations!
- Give each segment of Baby Looney Tunes and Duck Dodgers their own articles.
- Add information on the Webtoons. Be sure to add citations!
- Are you an expert on video games based on Looney Tunes, Tiny Toon Adventures, and Animaniacs? Help us out with their articles! Be sure to add citations!
