Maurice LaMarche (born 30 March 1958) is an Emmy Award-winning Canadian voice actor and retired stand-up comedian. He is best known for voicing The Brain in Animaniacs, Pinky and The Brain, and Pinky, Elmyra & The Brain, Dizzy Devil in Tiny Toon Adventures, and Inspector Gadget in the animated TV series of the same name.
Maurice LaMarche is also known for his long-time role as the voice actor of Yosemite Sam. In 2016, LaMarche announced he was retiring from voicing Yosemite Sam because he kept blowing out his voice and that Fred Tatasciore would take over starting in Season 2 of New Looney Tunes/Wabbit.[1]
