Plot

A rabbit is told by his mother to watch out for his baby brother Elmer while she's out of the house, but a weasel has other plans for Elmer after he hears the older brother sing "My Green Fedora".

• Even though he does not appear in this cartoon, the Boomerang app erroneously listed this as an Elmer Fudd short, most likely because the cartoon features a different character named Elmer.
• Bob Clampett claims that the story of this cartoon was submitted to Friz Freleng during a contest held by the studio. Ultimately, Clampett's story won and was made as this short.
• Starting from this cartoon, the MPPDA icon and number would be placed on either the title card or credits card of the cartoon to signify its certification.
