Noel Barton Blanc (born 19 October 1938) is an American voice actor. He is the son of Mel Blanc, known for voicing many cartoon characters. After his father had a near-fatal car accident in 1961, he voiced some to most of the Looney Tunes characters during Mel's approximately year-long recovery.

In February 1991, Blanc was in a helicopter, for which he owned and piloted, and was injured when the aircraft collided with a small plane above Santa Paula Airport. Two other people were also injured, including actor Kirk Douglas, and two people in the plane were killed.[1] He had multiple fractures to his right leg, five broken ribs, a bruised lung, and bruised kidney. He was then taken to the intensive care unit at the Santa Paula Hospital.[2]

Since 2004, Noel has been largely retired from full-time voice acting work. He has allowed other voice acting talents, such as Joe Alaskey and Jeff Bergman, to take over his father's now iconic Looney Tunes voice roles.
