Peter Lind Hayes (June 25, 1915 – April 21, 1998) was an American vaudeville entertainer, songwriter, and film and television actor.

Looney Roles

He provided the voice of Ben Birdie in two Merrie Melodies animated shorts: 1936's "The CooCoo Nut Grove" and "The Woods Are Full of Cuckoos". He was also the voice of the radio announcer in 1936's "Toy Town Hall".
