Phillip "Phil" LaMarr (born 24 January 1967) is an American actor, voice actor, and impressionist. He is best known for his appearances in the sketch comedy series MADtv. He also has had an extensive voice acting career including roles as the titular character in Samurai Jack, Michael in The Proud Family, Wilt in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Marcus in The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, Goigoi in The Lion Guard, and Bernard in Craig of the Creek.
