Ralph Phillips is a Looney Tunes character. He was voiced by Dick Beals for the most part, but Daws Butler voiced him in "90 Day Wondering" and "Drafty, Isn't It?"
Description[]
Ralph is an imaginative boy who likes to daydream about all kinds of things he sees around him. He has red hair and blue eyes. As a boy he always wore a light blue shirt.
History[]
He first appeared in "From A to Z-Z-Z-Z" in 1954, and then "Boyhood Daze" in 1957. The former was nominated for an Academy Award. He also appeared in the TV Pilot Adventures of the Road-Runner, and one of the shorts cut from it, "Zip Zip Hooray!" He appeared as an older Army Recruit in two special cartoons created for the Army, "90 Day Wondering" and "Drafty, Isn't It?" He also has made numerous appearances in the Looney Tunes Comics.

Animaniacs featured a character named Colin whose appearance seems to have been based on Ralph's.
In the 2004 Duck Dodgers episode "The Love of a Father", Ralph received an evil future counterpart in the form of Baby-Faced Moonbeam, who was also voiced by the late Dick Beals.
In 2014, Ralph, Egghead, Tweety, and Babyface Finster, were featured on a cover of Teen Titans from DC Comics.
Ralph Phillips appeared in the Looney Tunes Cartoons short "Livin' the Daydream".
