Ralph Phillips is a Looney Tunes character. He was voiced by Dick Beals for the most part, but Mel Blanc voiced him in 90 Day Wondering, and Daws Butler voiced him in Drafty, Isn't It?
Description
Ralph is an imaginative boy who likes to daydream about all kinds of things he sees around him. He has red hair and blue eyes. As a boy he always wore a light blue shirt.
History

In 2014, Ralph along with Egghead, Tweety and Babyface Finster were featured on a cover of Teen Titans from DC Comics.
