Beaky Buzzard is a series of 2021 Looney Tunes Cartoons gag interstitials. About thirty seconds long, each plays between other shorts in the Max packages. All of them start off with Beaky Buzzard flying in the air looking for something to eat.
Plot[]
Gag #1 (Mouse)[]
Beaky Buzzard is flying in the air when he spots a mouse. The mouse scurries away in fear, but Beaky catches him. Beaky remarks to the mouse that he couldn't get away from him, until the mouse points out he was actually running away from a mountain lion. The mountain lion eats Beaky, but the mouse runs away unharmed.
Gag #2 (Rattlesnake)[]
Beaky Buzzard is flying in the air when he spots a rattlesnake behind a rock. He lands softly and sneaks up to grab his tail. He attempts to fly away, but the tail is much too heavy to carry. Soon after, he uses the strength of his beak and arms to try and forcefully grab the rattlesnake, which only results in him being tangled up in the tail. The rattlesnake hisses his tongue, and Beaky learns that it is actually giant. The rattlesnake glares at Beaky before lunging at him to attack. Though in the rattlesnake's stomach, Beaky somehow flies away, claiming he "caught him good."
Gag #3 (Bunny)[]
Beaky Buzzard is flying in the air when he spots a small bunny. Beaky swoops down in a very aggressive fashion, even showing his talons, as we cut between him and the bunny acting cute. Once Beaky is actually close to the bunny, the bunny flinches. Beaky, unable to bring himself to kill such a defenseless creature, begins sobbing hysterically. The bunny soon pulls out a club and bashes Beaky on the head, revealing his true nature. The bunny yells out to his mother and begins saying in a Beaky-like voice that he "caught [them] a buzzard for dinner." Beaky, who is being dragged away by his tail, comes to only to remark "Shucks, if looks could kill..."
