Red Ryder (aka Red Hot Ryder) is a Looney Tunes character. He was voiced by Mel Blanc.

About Red

Ryder is a dimwitted sheriff in a sheriff's outfit. He has red hair, hence his nickname.

His belly button is showing while raising up.
