Rhubella Rat is Roderick Rat's girlfriend and opposite of Babs Bunny.

She first appeared in Butt Out, in which she and Roderick are smoking.
She also appeared in The Wakko World of Sports and Son of the Wakko World of Sports as well as other episodes of Tiny Toon Adventures. She is voiced by Tress MacNeille.
In Tiny Toons Looniversity, she first appears in Twin-Con and is an Acme Looniversity student instead of a Perfecto Prep one.
