Robert Fredrick "Rob" Paulsen III (b. March 11, 1956) is an American voice actor and singer. He is best known for voicing Raphael in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Pinky, Yakko Warner, and Dr. Otto Scratchansniff in Animaniacs, along with other Warner Bros.-produced animated series.
