Schnooks

Schnooks is a character from the Merrie Melodies series. He tries to catch Tweety in 1944's "Birdy and the Beast" (with black fur) and 1945's "A Gruesome Twosome" (with yellow fur).

About Schnooks[]

Schnooks is a rather pudgy cat with a big round nose. He somewhat resembles Tweety's future aggressor Sylvester, especially when he has black fur, but he is shorter and fatter.

His name "Schnooks" is derived from the word "schnook" which means a "fool". Which is particularly fitting to his dimwitted personality.
