Scott McNeil (born 15 September 1962) is an Australian-born Canadian voice, film, and television actor. He currently resides in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. McNeil has provided voices to many characters in animated shows, most notably Dragon Ball Z, Beast Wars: Transformers, X-Men: Evolution, Inuyasha, and Fullmetal Alchemist. He has done live-action work as well.
