Secrets of the Caribbean is an unreleased 1945 Private Snafu cartoon directed by Chuck Jones.

Plot

Private Snafu is stationed in the Caribbean to guard the Panama Canal. While pursuing a lovely young native girl, he must fend off giant insects, howler monkeys, and carnivorous plants.[1]

Notes

  • It has been said that the master of the short was given to the Army, who most likely disposed of it since WWII was just about over, making the short useless to them.[citation needed] (December 2017)
  • This is one of the few Looney Tunes content that is actually lost, meaning that no element of the short exists.
