Spike (A Waggily Tale)

Spike is a one-shot Looney Tunes character. His vocal effects are portrayed by Mel Blanc and his thought voices are portrayed by Dallas McKennon.

Description

Spike is a scrappy, small dog with black fur. He's very mean and vicious with a bad temper. As long as Melvin carries along with him, he's controllable.
